Papa John's Park Policies

~ Check-In Time AFTER 3:00 p.m.

~Check-Out Time BEFORE 10:00 a.m.

~Early arrivals and late departures may be subject to an extra fee

~No Pets

~Reservations will be confirmed with a deposit of 30% plus a valid credit card 

~Balance due on check-in by Visa, Mastercard, Debit or Cash.  No cheques accepted on balance

~Cheques accepted only for deposit

~8 Week cancellation notice is required for refund 

~All rates are subject to applicable taxes

~Papa John’s Place and the owners will not be held liable for any damages, injuries or losses incurred while on our premises or while using our equipment 

~Any missing or damaged items to the cottages, campsites, boats or motors will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation

~No refunds given for late arrivals, early departures or outboard gas left in our tanks

~No visitors unless approved by owners of Papa John’s Place and a fee will apply

~Guests are expected to follow the fishing and boating regulations including catch limits, licenses and life jackets

~No boats are allocated for guests under 18 years of age

~Boats are not equipped with running lights, not permitted out after sunset
